BizNY provides a directory of free online tools. The tools are offered "as is" without warranty. Calculations and results are provided for informational use only and should not substitute for professional advice where the stakes warrant one (medical, legal, financial, tax, or regulatory decisions).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use BizNY tools to attack, scan, or probe systems you don't own or have permission to test.
- Automate requests to our server-side tools (DNS Lookup, Broken Links Checker) in ways that impact availability for others.
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy content without permission.
- Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
4. Accuracy and liability
We take accuracy seriously — our calculators use documented formulas, and we fix errors promptly when reported. That said, we can't guarantee any tool is free of bugs or suitable for any specific purpose. You use BizNY at your own risk. BizNY and its operators are not liable for any decisions you make based on tool outputs.
5. Intellectual property
The BizNY site, branding, copy, and design are our property. Individual formulas used in calculators are public-domain mathematics and widely-published reference material. You may screenshot and share tool outputs freely.
